Just a suggestion, you might want to offer some lame service or something for people who donate. Something like a funny joke emailed to them or something else that really has no real monetary value. I don't know just a tip. Even a thank you letter or email would be good.

Also, I think your site and other begging sites have helped me find my true calling.......begging online! If and when I get my site up I promise to donate 50% of my first $10 to your site for the inspiration you provided.
