Two (2) accurate statements I would like to post
here, and I would hope that you would post them on your website
as well for others to read.
1. You are an asshole (lazy as well)
2. You are accurate in stating that you don't expect others to send
you any money.
Regards....

You should try some yoga to control your anger
towards strangers. There is no reason for you to get so upset at
someone who has not done anything to you. If you don't like my site,
don't visit it. it's that simple...

You should refrain from attempting to be such
an opportunistic fool. Soliciting money from others with the only
intent to better oneself is evidence of your self-centered ideology.
Your energy would be better spent by directing it toward some productive
endeavor that would perhaps give you some sense of pride and potentially
earn the respect of others.
I'm sure you will find fault with this advice, but think about it.
Living is some dreamworld whereby you would "hope" than
enough fools would send you money is pure folly!!!!!!!!!!! And you're
right. The likelihood (spelling?) of your making a success at 30
years of age as a rock star is remote at best. Try getting a "real"
job....

You know, you really should try lightening up.
I'm not sure why you take such great offense to something so silly
and insignificant. I DO appreciate your and anyone else's "advice",
but not your insults. Perhaps your time would be better suited doing
something other than emailing me and calling me an "asshole".
I'm curious, when a beggar approaches you on the street and asks
for a dollar do you have a desire to kick the sh*# out of him?

No, actually, on occasion I will give a beggar
some money. Not always. But on occasion. At least the beggar on
the street has enough b*%#s to do his begging outside in inclimate
weather. He doesn't ask for millions of dollars and he doesn't hide
behind a computer keyboard in the warmth of his home to do his begging.
Do you get the point here? Probably not. You are really pathetic.
Try getting off your a#* behind your keyboard and get a job. Be
productive. Or at least, go get some ratty clothes and get out in
the cold and beg. Maybe someone will have pity for
you!!!!!!!!!Hell, who knows..maybe I will come by and feel sorry
for you and give you one of the million dollars you are looking
for..................

Why do I have to be pathetic, pitiful or homeless
to ask for money? I guess I don't get your point. Who says I don't
have a job? I don't think it takes b*$%s to stand out in the rain
and ask for money. I think it takes balls to ask for it when you
don't really need it. I'm intrigued by your position on this and
am really trying to make an effort to understand it, and more importantly
why it upsets you so much. After all, this is just one big experiment.
By the way, may I post your comments on my site? I don't mind expressing
other points of view and would print it verbatim.

What happened to your ad on craigslist? As I recall,
you stated that you were not working and even stated that it would
be hard to find work as a 30 year old musician (or substance thereof)....In
any event, I got the impression that you are not working. Are you?
As far as posting my messages on your website, what's the point
of doing that--just to create controversy or get others to jump
on your bandwagon to make you feel better? Just curious as to your
reason. As far as my view concerning your soliciting money, I feel
that individuals should "earn" their money rather than
look for handouts. This country is rife with those that believe
the "world" owe's them a living. Hard-working individuals
that make something of themselves by expending of themselves are
what "real" people are all about. Those that play on the
mercy of others are just looking for a free ride. This is of course
my opinion, but if there were more honest, hardworking people in
the world, working together to get things done, we would all be
better off for it. It appears that your "experiment" is
to get rich off of other people without any investment on your part.
I do think however, that regardless of the outcome of such an experiment,
you will be disappointed either immediately (since I doubt much
money will come your way), and in the long term you will realize
what a failure you really are by not investing of yourself to be
a productive individual. You can tell your kids and grandkids that
you sat behind a computer keyboard and drifted into poverty by begging
for money without anything in return....

Bodie, if that is your name, I appreciate your
taking the time to write me back and further explain your thinking.
I am starting to get a better picture as to what your thought process
is all about. I stated in my ad that I was approaching 30 and it
is hard to get signed past a certain age. What I meant was that
this is a way of becoming a multi-millionaire and it was fading.
I did not mean that this was the only source of income I was relying
on. I do have a job. I do make a decent living. I don't think there
is anything wrong with wanting more. I read your message carefully.
Then I read it again. I agree with you. Please understand that I
am not trying to deceive you. I do feel that we should EARN our
place in the society we choose to live in. I live in a capitalist
country. I am motivated by greed. I work for the sake of greed.
I have read all of Ayn Rand's books on the subject. I am not simply
trying to create controversy. I am trying to find out what it's
really all about. To get right down to it, this thing that motivates
us so much, this think that controls us, why would we give it away?
Under what circumstances? If this stupid idea were to actually work,
do you know what I would do? Do you? Do you think I would go to
a caribbean island and sit there until > dehydrated? Please.
I would never be satisfied until I knew why. Why would someone trade
in a small piece of their dream to make mine come true? I can tell
you have given this a lot of thought. I ask you to give it some
more. What is it that REALLY bothers you about this experiment?
Is there a person you think of when you see my picture? What did
he do? I don't mean to pry, but I am really interested in learning
more
I have to go, but thanks again for your detailed letter. Even if
I'm not successful, this will be fun!

Your message contains more substance than I would
have expected and for that I give you credit. I have likely made
some rash statements toward you initially, and for that I apologize.
I guess my real issue here is that I have this image of some lazy
individual trying to leech his way through life at the expense of
others. I now see a different person in you. My concept of life
is likely very different than yours and perhaps different from the
masses in general. I see people in general losing sight of the real
values of life. Greed, materialism, pride, arrogance, and just plain
general lack of courtesy seems to permeate our society. Family values
have been destroyed by the media. Society seems to teem with hatred.
In essence, the moral fiber of humanity seems to have been distorted
beyond reason. The simple things in life that used to satisfy people
are almost non-existent. The very existence of God has escaped the
thinking process of most individuals. If God does exist in their
minds, it is only a fleeting thought at best. Going to the park
with your kids, to the zoo, family outings, again the simple things
of life have escaped us. Technology has nearly ruined our ability
to communicate with our fellow man were it not for voicemail, pagers,
cell phones, etc. Terrorism reigns supreme, people live in fear,
and money seems to be the ultimate goal for so many and they seem
bent on doing whatever it takes to acquire large sums of it. So
where do we go from here? More gadgets, more money. Road rage, back-stabbing,
divorce, disease, sickness--it's all on the rise. What about the
future--what does it hold for us? Can man solve these divergent
problems? Unlikely....Maybe, just maybe the bible is right all along
when it describes the last days of mankinds existence. Is that where
we are today?? I leave you with that thought!!! I look forward to
your reply if you desire to do so...

Isn't it interesting how the ones preaching
